Without limiting this section, the liability of Sona Academy shall be strictly limited to damages arising directly from its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. You understand and agree that Sona Academy will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss of profits, use, goodwill, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, however arising, that result from actions or omissions not directly attributable to Sona Academy:

Sona Academy will have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond the reasonable control of Sona Academy. However, the maximum aggregate liability of Sona Academy under any circumstance shall not exceed EUR 200.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sona Academy from claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that any lawsuit arising from or related to these Terms and/or the Content shall be brought exclusively to the Tallinn courthouse in Harju County Court, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.
Unified framework
The platform operates under a unified legal and operational framework and does not provide country-specific adaptations of content or services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Continued use of the platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
